Wanderer FilterCube Upgrade Program

We have decided to initiate a worldwide upgrade program for all Wanderer FilterCube units sold to date.

As part of our ongoing commitment to product improvement, we have introduced two safety clips to the FilterCube's removable rear housing. Each clip is shaped like a claw that grips the FilterCube housing, working alongside the existing pair of set screws to provide an additional layer of security. These enhancements help elimniate the potential risk of equipment detachment resulting from improperly tightened set screws.

 Existing customers will not need to return their current FilterCube. Instead, please  contact us directly or reach out to your dealer, and we will provide an upgrade kit  — containing two safety clips and the associated mounting screws — free of charge.  Once received, the clips can be installed by the user without returning the original  unit.

 All newly manufactured FilterCubes now ship with the safety clips pre-installed, so no further action is needed.

 Until your upgrade kit arrives, your FilterCube may continue to be used normally. However, we strongly recommend verifying that both retaining set screws are fully tightened and properly engaged.
