WandererAstro was founded by Frank Wang, an astrophotographer and aerospace engineer whose journey with the cosmos began at the age of 10, when he received his first small reflector telescope. What began as a childhood fascination gradually grew into a passion for astrophotography. As Frank moved toward remote imaging, he found that many of the devices available at the time did not satisfy him. That realization led to the creation of WandererAstro.
Today, WandererAstro is an innovative manufacturer specializing in equipment for remote observatories and astrophotography. Many of our products are the first of their kind. But innovation, to us, is not simply about being the first. It is about seeing a problem differently, building a better solution, and turning an idea into something that works in the real world.
We are still astrophotographers. We still look at the night sky with the same curiosity that started it all. And WandererAstro will continue to move forward with one simple principle: Make what we love one step forward.
